The ten newly appointed are: Mrs Mary Creswell, promoter of the arts; Mrs Nicola Dawes, founder and general manager of Stripey Stork in Reigate; Mrs Neelam Devesher, Chairman of Surrey Minority Ethnic Forum (SMEF); The Very Reverend Dianna Gwilliams, Dean of Guildford Cathedral; Mrs Johanna (Joosje) Hamilton, lawyer and Vice Chair of the Surrey Branch of the CLA (Country Land & Business Association); Ms Charlotte Kneer, CEO of Reigate & Banstead Women’s Aid; Mr Steve Owen-Hughes MBE, Chief Fire Officer, Chairman of the Local Resilience Forum (LRF) and Director of Community Protection; Mrs Frances Rutter, CEO and Principal of Nescot College, Epsom and Ewell;  Mr Giles Verity, Director of Stanhope-Seta, winner of three Queen’s Awards for Enterprise; and Sir Graham Wrigley KCMG, knighted for services to international development spanning 32 years.
