Lieutenancy Certificate of Appreciation
On 11th October the Vice Lord-Lieutenant, Sir Stephen Lamport presented a Lieutenancy Certificate of Appreciation to Emma Armstrong, Suzy Liddle and Charlotte Kneer DL of the Reigate and Banstead Women’s Aid.
RBWA is a women’s refuge offering a safe home and practical support to vulnerable women and their children who are victims of the most serious kinds of domestic abuse. The understanding and support of the RBWA provide a vital means of restoring self-confidence to those in their care, enabling families to rebuild their lives on a firm basis for the future. This dedicated work, the demand for which has never been higher, continued in all its aspects throughout the pandemic.
