Lieutenancy Certificate of Appreciation

On 27th August, Deputy Lieutenant, Charlotte Kneer presented a Lieutenancy Certificate of Appreciation to Alan French and Christine Muir of Susy Radio , a community radio broadcaster staffed entirely by volunteers in Surrey.

During the pandemic their role in the community was more important than ever, keeping residents informed of sources of support and letting them know they were not alone. The team at Susy Radio feel passionately about supporting their community and were delighted to receive the certificate from the Lieutenancy.
