Lieutenancy Certificate of Appreciation presented to Hope Africa
A Lieutenancy Certificate of Appreciation has been presented by Deputy Lieutenant Neelam Devesher to Mark Mpungu from Hope Africa for their work in supporting vulnerable families during the pandemic.
Mark’s work is a lifeline to families in desperate need for the basic items needed for survival for their children. Often the breadwinners are employed in front line and on zero contracts and their incomes are disproportionally impacted by the implications of the Covid pandemic.
