Mental Health Awareness Week
Mental Health Awareness Week’s theme for 2021 is ‘Connect with Nature.’ From 10-16th May, this provides a space for increased conversations about mental health and what we can do to improve the wellbeing of ourselves and those around us. In their blog, Guildford-based mental health charity Oakleaf Enterprise shares what they are doing to bring nature to those they support, and what you can do to bring yourself closer to the natural world: https://www.oakleaf-enterprise.org/blog-mental-health-awareness-week-connect-with-nature/
