Remembrance Sunday | We Will Remember Them

Today, on Remembrance Sunday, we come together as a nation to honour those who gave their lives in service to others, to remember the devastating human cost of conflict, and to reflect on our responsibility to future generations.

Across Surrey and the United Kingdom, communities will gather at war memorials, churches and public spaces. Wreaths will be laid, the Last Post will sound, and millions will observe the two-minute silence in tribute to the fallen.

Surrey Lieutenancy is proud to be represented at many remembrance services across the county, joining communities in paying tribute to the courage, sacrifice and service of those who have defended our freedoms.

We will remember them.
