HRH The Countess of Wessex has today officially opened a new Health Sciences institute at the University of Surrey. The building is named after Kate Granger MBE.

HRH The Earl of Wessex visits to Surrey Hills to celebrate ‘Surrey Day’

The Earl of Wessex also presented the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service to the Surrey Hills Society, awarded for “encouraging people to explore and learn about the special qualities of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty” and met and talked with over 40 volunteers.

Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal visited Redhill Aerodrome on Tuesday to meet the Air Ambulance Kent Surrey Sussex team and view the new technology and training facilities that will allow aircraft to operate in weather conditions where it is currently not possible.
