Stoke Community Support
The Lord-Lieutenant visited Stoke Community Support on Thursday 8th April where he helped the volunteers with their meal deliveries and met with families on their delivery run. SCS is a community-led response to the COVID-19 pandemic led by St John’s Stoke Church and St Peter’s Shared Church Stoke Hill, and they support the most vulnerable and isolated families in Stoke and across Guildford by providing free nutritious cooked meals that are packed and delivered by local volunteers.
