The annual Poppy Appeal Cadets Awards Ceremony took place in the Chapel at the Royal Alexandra and Albert School.

The annual Poppy Appeal Cadets Awards Ceremony took place in the Chapel at the Royal Alexandra and Albert School at Reigate. It recognised the achievements of the outstanding cadet units and individuals who together collected over £85,750 for the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal in November 2017. The Lord-Lieutenant of Surrey presented Certificates to all the award winners and then the assembled guests heard from guest speaker Major Frankie Howell, Officer Commanding Headquarters Company 1st Battalion Welsh Guards stationed at Pirbright.
