Surrey residents named in New Year Honours List 2022
The Surrey Lieutenancy is delighted to congratulate the 36 Surrey residents who have been recognised in the 2022 Queen’s New Year Honours List. Several of the nine Medallists of the Order of the British Empire (BEM), eleven Members of the Order of the British Empire (MBE), ten Officers of the Order of the British Empire (OBE), four Commanders of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) and two Dames Commander of the Order of the Bath (DBE) have been honoured for their selfless work in communities across our county during the Covid pandemic, for the benefit of their fellow citizens.
